About Rebecca
Rebecca Moos is a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana, Tennessee, Arizona, Ohio and Minnesota. She is a Comprehensive Balanced Body and NeuroStudio ™ Pilates teacher, who has been extensively trained in Neuro-movement techniques, cranial nerves, and anatomy— as well as the founder of Mindful Movements, LLC.
Her work exists at an intersection most practitioners never reach: where clinical mental health care meets cranial nerve science, neuroanatomy, somatic movement, and polyvagal theory. This isn't a hybrid of two separate disciplines. It's a unified framework built on the understanding that the mind and body were never separate to begin with.
Mindful Movements was founded on a single clinical conviction: that lasting change lives in the nervous system — and that reaching it requires more than talk alone. The Body must be involved and you must understand your Brain.
Rebecca brings together psychotherapeutic depth, movement-based intervention, and brain-based science to help clients and fellow professionals understand why they feel what they feel, how the body holds it, and what can shift it. Her approach is rigorous, relational, and grounded in the anatomy of lived experience.
Through Mindful Movements, she bridges the gap between traditional mental health care and the body's own intelligence — helping her clients move out of dysregulation and into a life that feels genuinely livable, from the inside out. She works from the belief that healing isn't just cognitive. It's somatic. It's relational. And it lives in the nervous system long before it ever reaches conscious thought.
In comprehending the underlying reasons for your thoughts and behaviors, you’ll be motivated to engage in the work necessary for improved well-being. With over 15 years of experience in both therapy and pilates, she is deeply committed to helping people find relief and achieve a greater sense of JOY in their everyday lives.
I’d love to help you achieve joy!
