I am a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body University. I have experience working with rehab clients (pre and post surgery) for hip and knee pain, neck, back and shoulder injuries, as well as arthritis, parkinson's, and pregnant individuals. Individual Pilates sessions focus mainly on improving fitness (strength, stability, flexibility, concentration, coordination and breath).
I am also capable of working with seasoned athletes to help them enhance their current training routine and exceed their fitness goals. I am a certified TRX instructor, and a Corrective Postural Exercise and Nutrition Specialist.
Now certified in Pilates for Neurological Conditions. (Parkinson, Stroke, MS, etc.)
